How do I know if my return was received?

To trace the location of your package, please reference the tracking number the courier provided you. Always feel free to call our customer service department for any assistance you may require. If the package shows delivered to our location, we will be happy to provide the status of your return.

What if I want to return or exchange my entire team's order?

There is a 15% restocking fee on all “team order” exchanges and returns. THE EXCEPTION is custom orders are not refundable. Jerseys, or any other items embellish, or embroidered are NON REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

When I send back my return, are shipping costs refunded also?

Return shipping costs are only refundable if there was a processing error on our part.

What if the item(s) I received are not what I ordered?

We do our best to ensure all orders are processed and shipped correctly. If a mistake does occur, please go or email customer service at A return shipping label will be sent to your email address and a replacement order placed.

Do I need to send back the item(s) I need exchanged before my new order can be processed?

We will be happy to place your replacement order prior to receiving the items being exchanged. We will, however, need to charge your account for the replacement order. Once we receive the return items, your account will be credited usually within one to four business days.

If I return product, how long will it take for my account to be credited?

Depending on the day of the week your return is received, your account should be credited within one to five business days. We are on it!

Am I able to return clearance items?

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds or accept exchanges for clearance items unless the item is verified as defective.

How do I return volleyball uniforms and/or other merchandise I purchased?

The process is as simple as one, two, and three!

  1.     To ensure correct processing, you must first schedule your return online.
  2.     Fill out the return form
  3.     Re-package the merchandise along with the returns form and ship to the following address:

If an error was made on our part, we will email you a return shipping label at no cost.

What if I received defective product?

We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product:

All defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Items that may be manufacture/defective which have surpassed the 10 day period may be re-evaluated by a sales representative. Normal wear and tear is not considered defective manufacturing.

What is return and exchange policy?

Our primary concern is that you receive the volleyball uniforms and volleyball equipment that best fit your needs. Consequently we attempted to make our return and exchange policy as simple as possible. There are a few things to keep in mind when requesting a return,
Our returns form must be filled out and included with your return.
You may return most new products purchased from within 20 days from the date of delivery. Any free or discounted promotional product that was included in the original order must also be included with the return. All returned product must be in new and sellable condition. This of course means that all tags must be attached and the item(s) are unworn and unlaundered. Customized product may not be returned (this includes numbering, names, silk screening, embroidery, and other customization services). Additionally, we cannot refund you for product that is returned to an incorrect address.

All items that are returned for a refund without a replacement order are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Credits can only be made to the original form of payment.


Will tracking information be provided to me when my order ships?

Upon request, tracking information will be provided to you by contacting or your customer service representative at 1-877-878-8327

Can I pay for rush shipping?

Yes. We do offer various forms of rush shipping, including 3-day, 2-day and overnight for orders. Keep in mind that paying for rushed shipping does not affect the manufacturer’s processing time. The rush shipping fee only affects the transit time.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Over 98% of orders are shipped out through UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are based on destination, weight, package size, and market rates.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends on your location and the method of shipment. Most items shipping “ground” within the United States are in transit from one to seven business days. Again, this depends on the location we are shipping to. Of course for quicker delivery, we will be happy to expedite your order at an additional charge. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

We don’t ship internationally at this time.

Product Availability:

Are all items featured on your site currently available?

Our orders are filled and shipped by several distribution centers around the country. The presence of an item on the site does not guarantee that all sizes and colors or quantities of that item will be available at once. At times, these distribution centers also sell out of their stock and are forced to backorder items. If you have any questions about availability in a current style, color, or size, it’s always best to contact one of our customer service professionals for assistance. We will be happy to provide up-to-date inventory status along with any backorder dates from our partner manufacturers..

Payment Options:

What is meant by the term 'backorder'?

A backordered item is an item that is currently not in stock, but will be in stock at a later date. If you decide that the backorder date is not too late, you may proceed with the order and the backordered items will ship out once they arrive at the warehouse. If some of the items you need are on backorder and others are currently in stock, you have the option of shipping the available items now and the backorder item(s) once they become available. 

What forms of payments does accept?"

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Other forms of payment accepted include personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, and school purchase orders. Please note, full payment is required before an order can ship to a customer or be customized with numbers, logos, names, or other print services.

Does accept school purchase orders?

Of course! We gladly accept volleyball uniform purchase orders from colleges, universities, high schools, middle schools and elementary schools. To place an order, please call 1-877-878-8327 and request an invoice. One will be created and emailed to your attention. Once your school creates the purchase order, simply email or fax it back to us along with a copy of the invoice we previously emailed you.


I am worried about security. Is it safe to shop with

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has already shipped it is too late for us to cancel or change it. If a change needs to be made please call our customer service department as soon as possible and we will let you know the exact shipping status.

I received a gift order

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them, to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
